Restaurant Pizzeria Casa al Torchio is an inn in Bolzano that boasts many years of tradition.

As early as the end of the 19th century, the building was registered in the land register as a "house with courtyard and inn".

The restaurant business has always characterised the historic building on Via Museo 2/A in Bolzano's historic centre, which has served as an inn and retailer of traditional South Tyrolean gastronomy since 1786.

Casa al Torchio can be said to be the oldest restaurant in Bolzano.

Today, the restaurant-pizzeria traces its history among its tables, offering typical South Tyrolean cuisine.

The dishes on offer reflect typical South Tyrolean savours and flavours.

Each dish is skilfully prepared according to tradition.

The restaurant has a capacity of about 130 seats, spread over two floors in characteristic wood-panelled rooms.

In addition to the cuisine, you can also enjoy good pizza as well as a selection of gourmet pizzas.

Visit the restaurant's wine cellar, where a selection of wines from the best local and national wineries and a range of craft beers complement the dishes it serves.

You can also purchase the bottles you taste.
