Typical South Tyrolean cuisine in Bolzano
Housed in an 18th-century building with a long innkeeping tradition, Casa al Torchio offers traditional dishes from Alto Atesina, allowing guests to relive the emotions of the past in a warm and cosy atmosphere.
You can also enjoy pizza, in classic or gourmet style, a trace left by the union of the two cultures present in the area, Austrian and Italian.
Our restaurant is located on the first and second floors, while outdoor tables can be found on street level in summer.
Casa al Torchio, whose name certainly brings back the wine-making past, conceals a historic, recently renovated wine cellar in its basement, where you can book events or parties.

In addition to typical South Tyrolean cuisine, Restaurant Pizzeria Casa al Torchio offers classic and gourmet pizzas with seasonal ingredients. Thanks to the collaboration between the pizzaiolo and the chef, customers can enjoy gourmet pizzas that combine expertise and imagination.
Accompanying our pizza is a wide selection of craft beers to create perfect pairings for every palate.
The restaurant collaborates with Birrificio Collesi and Via dei Birrai 32.
